摘要
对河南烤烟 ( 40级 )烟叶样品评吸质量与主要理化指标间进行了简单相关分析和逐步回归分析。结果表明 :影响烤烟评吸质量的主要理化指标有还原糖、总氮、氨态氮、烟碱、总挥发碱、石油醚提取物、总酸、总挥发酸、总细胞壁物质 (或全纤维素 )、总灰分、钾、氯、平衡含水率、单料烟支阴燃时间、焦油等。通过对它们与评吸质量之间的定性定量分析 。
s:-The relationships of smoking quality with physical and chemical parameters of flue-cured tobacco grown at Henan province were analyzed with the simple correlation and multiple regression methods. The results showed that 1) correlations between smoking quality of the flue-cured tobacco and its reducing sugar, petroleum ether extract, equilibrium moisture, and combustibility were positive, and smoking quality of the tobacco was correlated negatively with its total nitrogen, nicotine, cell wall substances and holocellulose significantly according to simple correlation, and 2) major factors influencing smoking quality of the tobacco were its total nitrogen, amino nitrogen, total volatile acids, petroleum ether extract, K, holocellulose, combustibility, and equilibrium moisture according multiple regression.
