摘要
在盆栽条件下 ,研究了不同烤烟品种 (NC89,K3 46 ,K3 5 8)经干旱处理后烟株的生长、发育及对水分适应能力的强弱。试验结果表明 ,干旱处理后K3 46品种抗旱性的几种生理生化指标高于NC89和K3 5 8,表现为K3 46对干旱胁迫的调节能力较强 ,优于其它两个品种 ;根冠比K3 5 8>K3 46 >NC89;K3 5 8在干旱胁迫后再复水 ,其生长势要强于NC89和K3
The growth, development and adaptability to water of three flue-cured tobacco cultivars, such as NC89, K346, and K358 under drought conditions were studied in pot experiments. The results showed that drought-resistance of K346 was the best in the three cultivars and its root/shoot ratio was higher than NC89 and lower than K358, and the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD), peroxidase(POD) and IAAase in K346 were also higher, but the growth vigor of K358 was stronger than those of K346 and NC89 after elimination of drought stress.
