摘要
采用温室、田间、不同生态区域种植和短日照处理的方法,研究了温度、光照等主要生态因子对烤烟品种G-80、K326、NC82和NC89发育特性的影响。结果表明,这些品种在温室栽培比田间延迟现蕾29~57 d,增加100 ℃活动积温可延迟现蕾2.2~2.3 d,证明较高温度能明显促进烤烟生长,抑制其发育进程;经短日照处理后,烟株现蕾明显提前,生育期缩短,敏感叶位为第11~13叶,说明烤烟品种具有一定的短日性;通径分析表明,有效积温是影响叶片发生、生长和成熟的主导因子,达极显著水平(P1y=0.995,r1y=0.993)。
Influence of main ecological factors temperature, daylength etc. on the development character of flue-cured tobacco varieties G-80、K326、NC82 and NC89 of flue-cured tobacco was studied by cultivation in greenhouse, field, different ecological areas and under short-day. The results showed that bud appearing stage delayed 29~57 days in greenhouse than in field. It delayed 2.2~2.3 days when the active accumulated temperature raised 100 ℃. Higher temperature could accelerate growth and control development of flue-cured tobacco. The growth period of these varieties was shortened, bud appearing stage arrived earlier, the sensitive leaves were 11th~13th under short-day. These varieties were partially sensitive to short-day. Path coefficient-analysis P1y=0.995, r1y=0.993 proved that the effective accumulated temperature was a main factor affecting occurrence, growth and maturity of leaf.
