Study on Snarl Formation Mechanism of Plyfil Composite Yarn from Wool and Polyester

从理论上分析复合纱线产生扭辫的机理，指出在低负荷下不同强伸特性的长丝与短纤纱纺制并捻复合线，只要并线后两纱线自由态下存在长度差△值，加捻后的成纱为不对称结构，严重的会产生“扭辫纱”。并对有效消除“扭辫纱”现象提出有益的措施。

This paper reveals the main reaso for snarling of Plyfil composite yarn through theoretical analyss of the formation mechanism and the processing mechanics of a snarl. HOW to remove snarl of Plyfil composite yarns has also been investigated.
