维纶纬编针织增强体的设计与性能测试 被引量:5

摘要 在横机上编织纬编米拉诺罗纹和满针罗纹加衬纬的三维结构织物,并以其作为纬编针织复合材料的增强体;对采用维纶和玻璃纤维编织的增强体的拉伸等性能进行了测试与分析。结果发现:满针罗纹加衬纬组织有利于提高衬纬纱和织物的强度。 This paper refers to how to design a 3-D structure fabric of Milano rib and full gauge rib with laid-in stitch knitted on a flat-bed machine, and it is used as the composite reinforcement of weft knitting fabric. The mechanical properties is also tested and analyzed, such as tension properties of fabrics which were knitted with vinylon and glass fiber. The results show that in fabric, Milano rib with laid-in stitch has a bigger interaction, for its good stress distribution and propagation, than full gauge rib with laid-in stitch, so that the tensile strength of the fabric with weft insertion was improved. Meanwhile, extensibility of the fabric with insertion and Milano rib including laid-in stitch was increased through yarn coil deforming and straightening out.
