摘要 采用振动法测定短纤维的仪器,是根据弦振动理论进行计算的,当纤维的弯曲刚度较大时,则测定值与实际的细度值会有较大的误差。为解决此问题,笔者从软件到硬件采取多种措施,修正提高仪器精度,减少了误差。 Today, Only the instrument vibration principle can be applied to measuring the fineness of a staple thread. This kind of instru- ments performs calculation according to bowstring vibration theory. However, if the bending rigidity of a fiber is large, the discrepan- cy between measured reading and real value of fineness will be great too. In order to solve the problem, an instrument is developed to correct the error. Both software and hardware ways are used to improve precision and reduce error. The instrument has passed assess- ing experiments and met the design requirements
