摘要 采用水解法从沙蒿籽中提取食用胶。通过正交试验对其工艺条件进行研究,初步分析表明适宜提取条件为:沙蒿籽与提取液质量之比为1:18,pH值为0.6,提取温度70℃,提取时间6h;在此条件下产率为24.8%,产品颜色为淡黄色。 This paper studied the extraction of edible pectin from Artemisia desertorum by hydrolyzation.After sfudying the technological conditions.the optimum extracting parameters and the highest rate of production were concluded by means of the orthogonal design. The primary analysis showed that the optimum conditions were 70℃with the ratio of desertorum and solution as 1:18,in which pH=0.6 and extracting time 6h.Under these conditions,good production yield could be gained,The highest rate of yidld was 24.8%and the color of Artemisia desertorum cambrige white.
