Improvement test and practice of the rotor of medium concentration pulper

分析中浓度碎浆机的碎浆原理及碎浆机转子运转时对浆料湍流状态、碎浆能量分布的影响。同时根据能量分布改进设计了新型转子 ,并根据新、旧转子的实验运转所测定的参数进行分析。

The pulping principle of medium concentration pulper,as well as the effect of working rotor on the status of slurry turbulence and the distribution of pulping energy,were analyzed.A new type rotor was disigned based on the energy distribution,and summarized according to the data determined in the experimental operation of new and old rotor.
