摘要
采用四丁基氢氧化铵中和发酵液中的酸性物质 ,生成的盐与苄基溴反应成各种酸的苄酯衍生物 ,苄酯衍生物在HP 1大口径毛细管柱上取得满意的分离 ,并以 2 乙基丁二酸为内标进行定量测定。用该方法同时测定了发酵液中包括甲酸、乳酸在内的 10种酸类物质 ,平均回收率 >90 % ,相对标准偏差 <5%
The organic acids in fermented broth were neutralized by tetrabutyl ammonium hydroxide, and its products were derived with benzyl bromide. The derivatives were separated on 0.53 mm capillary column of HP 1, and were detected in FID. Internal standard was used for quality. The method is applied in determination of ten organic acids in fermented broth, including formic acid and lactic acid. Determination of the both of them are difficult by other derivation method. The average recovery of the method is over 90%, the RSD is less 5%.
