Introduce the current situation of production,application of vanillin in brief.Summarize the production of vanillin by biotechnological methods,such as fermentation engineering,enzyme engineering and cell engineering in recent years.Economic considerations and safety considerations of all the techniques make sure that biotechnologies,especially fermentation engineering will be used to produce vanillin extensively.
