摘要
黄花菜根状茎愈伤组织诱导的适宜培养基为MS+2,4D0.5~1mg/L+6BA0.1~0.5mg/L,其诱导率达90%以上。分化芽最适培养基为MS+6BA1.0mg/L+NAA0.01mg/L,芽分化率达100%。在无激素MS培养基中,不定芽生根率达95%以上。
The callus induction rate from rhizomes of day lily (Hemerocallis citrina) was over 90% on MS medium supplemented with 2,4 D 0.5~1.0 mg/L and 6 BA 0.1~0.5 mg/L. The best medium for bud differentiation was MS supplemented with 6 BA 1.0 mg/L and NAA 0.01 mg/L, with a differentiation rate as high as 100%. When transferred to a rooting medium (MS without any plant regulators), 95% of the regenerated buds rooted readily.
