摘要
介绍了一个简便准确的显微测量新方法——同倍显微相片测微尺(以下简称同倍相片测微尺)法。方法分三步:1.样品和镜台测微尺同倍显微摄影。2.样品和镜台测微尺底片同倍放大。3.用同倍相片测微尺测量与其同倍放大的相片中样品图像,所得数据乘以镜台测微尺最小分格长度即得样品实际长度。其基本原理是,样品与镜台测微尺图像始终同倍放大,虽然样品图像大小未知,但同倍相片测微尺每小格长度已知(这里为10μm),因此,将同倍相片测微尺测出的数据乘以每小格长度即可。
The present paper introduced a new simple convenient and accurate method
—the same magnification factor microphotograph-rule(SMFMR)method for mea-
suring the size of cell microstructures.The process of SMFMR method contains 3
steps:1.Take the same magnifioation factor microphotographs of both the sample
and stage micrometer.2.Get the same magnification factor enlargements of the
films of both sample and stage micrometer.3.By measuring image of sample in
the microphotograph with SMFMR get the data,then multiply the data by 10μm
which is the unit length of stage micrometer,the product is the real leugth of
the sample.The basic principle of SMFMR method is that the lengthes of the
images of both sample and stage micrometer scales are kept in same magnification
factors in all stages of the process.Although the real length of the sample image
is unknown but the unit length of the image of stage micrometer is known as 10
μm.So that the real length of the sample can be worked out by using SMFMR.
