摘要
本文从场方程结构和实验两方面对国际MKSA单位制的探讨引出新的观点:给出了三基本量单位制、四基本量单位制与精细结构常数的关系;认为α是理论值,e不能成为独立的第四个基本量。展望了单位制今后的发展。
The study of the structure of the field eguations and experiments give
rise to a new point of view that the relations between the fine-structure constant
α and the unit system with three fundamental quantities and that with four
fundamental quantities can be set up in which α many be regarded as a theoritical
value and the electric charge of an electron e can't be censidered as an independent
fourth fundamental quantily of the unit system.
The further consideration of the development of the unit system has been
discussed in thls paper.
