浅谈东北区综合运输网合理布局

Elementary Introduction to the Rational Distribution of the Network of Comprehensive Transportation in Northeast China

从东北区综合运输网的现状出发,分析了综合运输网中存在的主要问题,提出了调整东北区综合运输网布局的几条措施,即:完善三线四港战略布局;开辟烟台—大连的海上轮渡;开辟松辽运河;恢复我国在图们江的出海权;制定东北区综合运输网发展规划等。

The major problems in the network of comprehensive transportation in Northeast China are analysed from the presnt situation in this paper.Moreover, the means of adjusting the distribntion of the network of comprehensive transportation in Northeast China is proposed,That is:perfecting the strategic distribution of the three railway lines and four ports;opening the sea ferry between Yantai and Dalian;opening the Shangliao Canal;resuming the right of navigation of china in Tumen river;making the project of the development of the network of compre- hensive transportation in Northeast China.
