High resistance measurement by discharge method

摘要 用普通设备及线性元件设计并自制了一台操作简便、测量精度好于 0 .1%的高阻值电阻测量装置 .对2 0只有代表性高阻的测量结果表明 ,多数有 1%左右的阻值波动 ;少数高阻的电压系数竟有 15 A simple high resistance measurement equipment whose accuracy is better than 0 1% is composed of the normal and linear elements. The results of measuring 20 typical high resistances show that most of the high resistance values undulate about 1%, but a few high resistance voltage coefficients are up to 15%.
