摘要
本文探讨了表面弹性波传播的机制 ,提出了一种利用原子力显微镜微探针与光束偏转法检测纳米振动的新方法 ,并利用这种方法对表面波质点的纳米振动进行了实时检测 .当Li Nb O3 晶片被施以 1 3 MHz的超高频激振电压时 ,在原子力显微镜示波器监视端观察到了质点的纳米振动 ,幅值为 6 .7nm,频率和驱动电压的频率一致 .
This paper discusses the mechanism of the propagation of elastic surface wave,presented a method that use the tip of atomic force microscopy and beam deflexion method to on line detect the nanometer vibration of the particle in the surface wave.With imposing 13MHz ultra high frequency stimulant voltage in the LiNbO 3 wafer,the nanometer vibration of the particle was observed by the oscillograph,which detecting the tip′s vibration of AFM.The amplitude of nanometer vibration is about 6.7nm,which agrees with the frequency of the stimulant voltage.
