在农村初中施行“绿色证书”教育的研究报告

Research Project of Promoting the Combination of Agriculture, Science and Education in the Compulsory Education in the Countryside of China

通过 1995— 1998四年两届改革农村初中课程及施行“绿色证书”教育的实验 ,我们发现“升学有基础 ,务农有技术”的农村初中教育新模式是农科教在农村初中的结合点 ,也是深化农村初中教育的一条新路。该成果已为重庆市人民政府 (见渝办发 ( 2 0 0 0 ) 2 2号文件《关于在农村初中进行绿色证教育的通知》)、国家教育部、农业部 (见教基 ( 2 0 0 1) 18号文件《教育部农业部关于在农村初中试行“绿色试行“绿色证书”教育的指导意见》)和国务院 (见 2 0 0 1年 5月《国务院关于基础教育改革与发展的决定》第 19条 )所采纳 ,并在重庆和全国农村初中得到了有效的应用与推广。

The task and function of the compulsory education in the countryside of China needs to be redefined. Traditionally, the basic education in the countryside emphasizes helping the students to enter a higher school, now it not only helps the students to enter a higher school, but also emphasizes the basic education for the local social and economic development. Therefore, the basic education to implant culture and knowledge in the students has become the basic education combining culture and knowledge with the knowledge of agricultural science and technology. This is a change in the mode of basic education in the countryside of China and also in the tasks and functions of junior high school education in the countryside. It is a new approach to deepening the reform in the junior high school education of the countryside in China.
