明治维新建构了日本资本主义社会的政治秩序与法律秩序 ,是日本迈向现代化制度的起点 ,而德川时代的商业伦理思想则是日本走向现代化的精神起点 ,它在意识形态的深处革新了日本人的商业、职业价值观 ,打造出日本人的商业伦理道德和敬业精神 ,为日本资本主义自由、迅速地发展 。

Meiji Restoration formed the political and law orders for the capitalist society of Japan and it was the starting point for Japan to forge ahead toward the modern system, while the commercial ethics of the Tokugawa period was the starting point toward the spirit of modernization of Japan. It changed the values of Japanese commerce and profession and helped the Japanese to have commercial ethics and commitment to their work. It is the prerequisite to the fast development of the capitalism in Japan and to the order of the society.
