高校学报所发论文一方面既是科技创新的一种反映 ,同时又对科技创新有着重要的影响 。
The papers published in the university journal not only reflect the scientific and technological innovation, but also have impact on the scientific and technological innovation. To improve the quality of the edition of the university journals can help improve the quality of the journals and promote the influence of the journals onscientific and technological innovation.
