摘要
西部大开发要把国民经济和社会的信息化放在优先位置。它必须以信息化为先导 ,以信息化带动工业化 ,从而实现社会经济的跨越式发展 。
The Great Western Development in China should give priority to the construction of the national economy and the social informationization.Only with informationization as the precursor to lead industrialization,can the western region realize a big leap forward development of the social economy and increase its competitive capacity in an all round way.
