摘要
用生姜茎尖0.5mm以内的分生组织离体培养,可100%脱菌。以加3.0mg/LBA和0.6mg/LNAA的MS培养基为佳。其繁殖效率高达79/120天。生姜茎尖再生植株的形态和染色体无异常现象,遗传性稳定。
One hundred percent bacteria elimination was achieved with in vitro culture of ginger ( Zingiber officinale) shoot-tip meristems no more than 0.5 mm in length. MS basal medium supplemented with BA 3.0 mg/L and NAA 0.6 mg/L gave the best result, the multiplication rate being as high as 79 shoots per 120 days. The regenerated plantlets proved to be genetically stable with no abnormality observed in their morphology and chromosome number.
