摘要
用铝盐涂覆石墨管并以K2Cr2O7和TritonX-100为基体改进剂。GFAAS法测定骨肿瘤患者血清中微量铝,大幅度提高测定灵敏度和准确度。避免了沾行。特征浓度则.15pg/0.0044A·S。加标平均回收率104.92%,RSD<8.17%。
Different kinds of graphite tubes and of matrir modifier have been tested for opttrihation of operation condition for determination of serum Al by GFAAS' The effects of different interferenceions have been dlAninated by adding K2Cr2O7 and Triton X-100 as matrix modiner. The methods is suitable for determination of serum of cancer patients. The characteristic mass is 21' 15pg/O. OO44 A. S.The recovery rate are lO4. 92' The relative standard dehation are <8. 17%' The result obtamed is satisfactory.
