摘要
DV-4(5)是类比型测量仪器,由于使用时各种参数的改变均会影响分析结果,所以曲线校准应是经常性的工作。曲线校准的首要条件是确定参数,面对参数的选用应有依据。最根本的一点是找出有足够灵敏度,而相对偏差又能满足分析准确的要求。根据上述条件所制校准曲线,中低合金钢的曲线相当可靠,而高合金钢含量超出15%的,由于仪器性能的限制,就不能完全达到允许偏差范围,需采用多点平均及标样同时检查的方法来补救,使高含量元素达到分析要求。
For accurate results, we must calibrate the work curve of DC 4(5) regularly, as this equipment is a comparative set and its parameters were always in change during the usage. To meet the demanding of the analysis, we must find out a group of parameters, which have high sensitivity and relative accuracy, and can match the demanding also. With our new work curve, we got satisfy results on the analysis of low components alloys. If some components were higher than 15%, we can manage satisfactory results with methods of the averagement of multipoints and references cheching.
