原子吸收法同时测定大豆及其乳制品中Zn、Cu、Co、Fe、Mn

Determination of Zn,Cu,Co,Fe,Mn in Soybean and Soybean′s Substitute by AAS

本文采用干法灰化和湿法消化溶解样品，原子吸收法测定大豆及其乳制品中Ｚｎ、Ｃｕ、Ｃｏ、Ｆｅ、Ｍｎ等元素。方法快速、简便，回收率为９６％－１０３％。

The method can be used for analyzing 5 elements (Cu,Zn,Co,Fe,Mn)in soybean and soybean′s substitute by AAS.The sample were digested by ashing and acid mixtures,this method is simple,rapid and it′s recovery rate is 96%-103%.
