摘要 本文选用加电感低能放电火花光源,解决了纯铝薄板易击穿的难题,优化了激发条件,并研究了表面氧化层和光洁度对测定结果的影响,建立了一套直接测定厚度0.20mm以上纯铝薄板中各元素的分析方法。考核及对照分析实验表明,各元素的RSD及相对偏差良好。 In this paper, adding inductance low energy discharge spark source was selected,and a key problem that pure aluminum sheets were easily punctured by other spark sources has been solved. By optimizing the excitation conditions and studying the effect of surface oxide film and smoothness on results, we have established an analytical method of pure aluminum sheets which are thicker than 0.20mm. RSD and RD of each element is good by checking and comparing to experiments.
