摘要
在pH1的盐酸介质中,Ti(Ⅳ)与变色酸形成桔红色配合物,Fe(Ⅲ)的干扰用抗坏血酸还原消除;在0.42mol/L硫酸介质中,PO3-4与钼酸铵形成磷钼杂多酸,用抗坏血酸还原为钼蓝,为此对工业硅中钛、磷进行光度法测定,结果令人满意。
The method is based on the reaction of Ti(Ⅳ) with chromotropic acid to form an orange red complex in the medium of pH 1 HCl,the interference of Fe(Ⅲ) can be eliminated by the use of ascorbic acid;in the medium of 0.42mol/L H 2SO 4,PO 3- 4 reacts with ammonium molybdate to form a heteropoly acid,it can be reduced by ascorbic acid and form molybdenum blue.It has been used to the spectrophotometric determination of titanium and phosphorus in the silicon metal.The results are satisfactory.
