HG AFS Determination of Arsenic in Oil by Digestion Under Auto Reflux

本文报道了“自动回流消化仪”消化，原子荧光光度法测定油中的砷。“自动回流消化仪”消化油既防止了砷元素的损失，又能使油容易消化，同时在试剂用量、劳动强度、消化速度等方面都有较好的效果。原子荧光光度法，采用新的仪器和原理，提高了方法的灵敏度。该法回收率为９１．８％—１０４．７％，相对标准偏差０．５１％，与传统湿法消化法比较无显著性差异（ｔ＜ｔ０．０５（９），Ｐ＞０．０５）。

This paper described the HG AFS determination of arsenic in oil by digestion under auto reflux. The digestion solved not only the loss of arsenic but also the quesition of oil digested. The sensitivity was remarkably increased under HG AFS. The average recovery of arsenic is 91.8%-104.7%, relative standard deviation is 0.51%. The results of the t test showed that there was no significant difference between GB 5009.11 and HG AFS. All in all, this method is simple and rapid.
