摘要 本文采用超声粉碎生物样品悬浮液进样平台石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定痕量铅,使用NH4H2PO4为基体改进剂消除共存元素干扰。方法简便、快速,分析结果准确可靠。 A sineple and rapid method is proposed for the determination of lead in biological samples by platform graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry using a slurry technique.The diameter of the solid particles with ultrasonic agitation was less than 25μm.Ammonium phosphate monobasic and glycerol was used as chemical modification and slurry stabitizing agentas respectively.The detection limit was 6.8pg,and the precision was 3.8%.
