点火位置对独头巷道中瓦斯爆炸超压的影响 被引量:25

摘要 运用 Auto Rea Gas爆炸仿真模拟器研究了独头巷道中点火位置对瓦斯爆炸后果的影响。结果表明 ,在本文计算条件下 ,爆炸静态超压随着距离的增加而减小 ,爆炸动压随着距离的增大而增大。点火位置对爆炸后果有重要影响 ,点火位置离封闭端越近 。 There are many factors affecting the damage effect of methane explosion in the tunnels of coal mines including the volume, the concentration of methane, the roughness of the tunnel wall, the initial condition of the gas and so on. The influences of ignition location on the explosion effect in the blind tunnel of coal mines are studied through AutoReaGas simulator in the present paper. The results show that the explosion static overpressure decreases along with the distance, while the dynamic overpressure increases with the distance under the computation condition of this paper. The maximum explosion static overpressure of the same volume of methane shows great difference at different ignition location. Under the same condition, the maximum explosion static overpressure is 10.73 kPa when the ignition location is 5.5 m from the closed end of the tunnel while the maximum explosion static overpressure reaches 23.02 kPa when the ignition location is 0.2 m from the closed end of the tunnel. The conclusion that the closer to the closed end of the ignition location, the greater the overpressure will be at each test gauge can be drawn from this paper. These phenomena reflect the complex mechanism of gas explosion. The results gained can provide valuable references for the analysis of gas explosion accident in the underground tunnel of coal mines.
