The case of the U.S. judicial departerment's suing the Microsoft was ended in pronouncing judgement of the Microsoft which sincerely committed the Anti-trust law. From this case it reflected the transform of the U.S. government 's mind and policy basis on anti trust policy, as well as the U.S. government's conflict in its carrying out anti-trust policy in market, laws and technology. The government should not only firmly punish the enterprise in its abusing the market advantage to block the competition, but also it should fully consider the consequence resulting from the punishment.
