Cyber Information Technology infiltrates economy and social life,which grants the network cultural significance.As a new form of culture,Cyber culture makes a great impact on current spiritual life day by day.Ubiquitously,Cyber culture penetrates into the life of college students and also guides their culture world.In order to improve college moral education in new century,we must grasp the new characteristics of moral education under the background of Cyber culture;we must manage the relationships between carrying on the past and opening a way for future,between moral education and quality education between esteeming students' subjective ideology and building their culture atmosphere.
