摘要
外语教学必须明确其宗旨是培养不同文化背景的人们之间相互贴切进行交际的人才。以交际为目的的跨文化教学优越于传统的语言知识教学。因为学生跨文化交际能力的提高有助于学习者自觉避免跨文化交际中由“文化负迁移”而导致的语用失误 ,从而达到贴切进行交际的目的。
The aim of foreign language teaching is to foster students' ability to communicate with foreigners appropriately. The foreign language teaching of intercultural communication is much better than the traditional foreign language teaching--just language teaching. This is because the enhance of students' ability of intercultural communication will help students prevent pragmatic failures caused by negative transference of culture in order to communicate appropriately.
