小议居延汉简中的“私去署”问题

从已经公布的居延汉简中看 ,汉代屯戍吏卒的“私去署”、“不在署”现象非常严重。尽管各级屯戍组织对此问题都比较重视 ,且有严格的处罚规定 ,但此一问题却屡禁不止。从对“私去署”和“不在署”现象的分析可以看出 ,汉代屯戍组织并非严格的军事组织 ,组织内部存在复杂的经济生活 ,庸工、经商等经济现象的冲击 ,就是大量吏卒“私去署”和“不在署”的真正原因。

According to public Jujan bamboo slips in the Han Dynasty,there existed a bad one's post.Though frontier defense organization at all levels paid much attention to it,with strict regulations of punishment,the problem had not been effectively restricted.After analysis of the phenomenon,we could find that the frontier defense organization in the Han Dynasty was a non military one,in which there seemed to be different economic phenomena,such as complicated economic life,laborers hired temporarily and commercial business,etc.That's the reason why the phenomenon was produced.
