高校德育应注重健全人格教育

德育是一个历史范畴 ,随着时代的发展而发展。即将到来的知识经济时代 ,对人才的“德”提出了更高的要求。即必须具备包含创新人格、协作人格、健康人格、权利人格、个性人格等在内的健全人格。这是现代社会赋予高校德育的新内涵。高校德育也必须以此作为自己的根本任务。

The connotation of moral education belongs to a historical category and must develop along with the development of the time.The coming era of knowleage economy will set an even higher demand on the 'morality'of qualified people.That is to say,they must possess perfect personality including innovative personality,cooperative personallity;mentally healthy personality,equal personality and personalism,etc.This is a new connotation of moral education of colleges and universities which the modern society entrusts with and moral education Colleges and universities must take it as its basic task.
