在现代经济中 ,人力资本的作用越来越大。从某种意义上讲 ,个人人力资本的大小 ,意味着个体自我价值实现的机会大小。要实现自我价值 ,就要不断增加个人的人力资本。人力资本的形成主要在教育 ,可以说 ,传统的学校教育是人力资本形成的主要方式 ,但随着现代社会的发展 ,终身教育对人力资本的影响越来越大 。

The function of manpowercapital becomesgreaterin modern economy.The size of individual manpower capital means the chance of self-value fulfilmentin some sense.We should continuously in- crease individual manpower capital to achieve self-value.It is well known that the formation of man- power capital is education and chiefly traditional education.But with the developmentof modern soci- ety,the lifelong education can affect the manpower capital much more and fulfill the continuous in- creasementof the manpower capital.
