知识经济条件下德育方式改革的基本思路

知识经济改变着人们的思维方式 ,改变着人们的价值观念 ,尤其是 80年代以后出生的、能娴熟地操作电脑的“新新人类”的身心发展特点的变化 ,为德育的方式方法提出了新的要求。要求改变以往的“他律德育”、“灌输德育”以及强调政治功能、社会功能、忽视个体价值的德育模式 ,以提高德育的实效 ,使德育充满人性魅力 。

With the coming of knowledge economy, great changes have taken place in the world, the peoples thinking way has changed and same as their view of value. Especially, with the change of the bodies and ideas of the young people who were born after 1980, and who can operate the computers skillfully, the ways of moral have been asked for the new demands. It demands to change the moral education by others, or change the imbuing moral education, and demands to change emphasizingpolitical function, social function, but ignoring the individuals value in moral education. By this way, the effect of the moral education can be heightened full of charm of humanity and heighten the changing rate of the gain of moral education.
