摘要
主要进行了具有某种特殊粉碎装置的流化床干燥器中换热特性的实验研究 .在实验中 ,以不同粒度分布的铝球为实验对象进行了粉碎流化过程的模拟实验 .根据实验结果可得出如下结论 :(1 )在粉碎装置的转速与换热系数的曲线上存在最佳换热工况点 ;(2 )实验物料尺寸越小 ,换热系数越大 ;(3 )
In this paper,heat transfer characteristic in agitated fluidized bed dryer is studied experimentally.In the experiment,the aluminum pa rticles are used as bed material.The effect of agitation is simulated through th e change of the distribution of particle size.The effects of agitate rotary spee d and that of particle size on heat transfer are presented.From the experiment r esults,we have come to the conclusion:(1)There is an optimal range for rotary sp eed to get optimal heat transfer coefficient;(2)The higher heat transfer coeffic ient is obtained with smaller particles;(3)The agitate device introduced into th e fluidized bed dryer can improve apparently the heat transfer in fluidized beds .
