摘要
为了研究冷却塔的冷却特性 ,首先根据热湿交换的理论建立了热湿交换的相关方程 ,并据此计算了在不同条件下在逆流式冷却塔内单个下落的水滴与周围空气所进行的热湿交换的效果 ,并对计算结果逐项进行了分析。然后建立了冷却塔的一维换热模型 ,通过该模型分析了冷却塔内的填料层的高度、水降落所持续的时间及空气和水的质量流量对冷却塔性能的影响情况。
A series of heat and mass exchange equations are established to study the cooling performance of cooling towers. According to these equations the heat and mass transfer between ambient air and a single water droplet falling in a counter-flow cooling tower are calculated in different conditions, and the calculating results are analyzed one by one. Furthermore, the influence of filling height, water retainsion time, and air and water mass flow rate on cooling tower performance is analyzed by establishing the one-dimensional model of heat transfer.
