摘要
在机械设计中 ,装配尺寸链的组成环公差 ,一般是采用等公差法或等精度法来确定。对于大批量生产 ,这两种方法因缺乏对加工工序能力因素的考虑 ,致使各组成环加工难易程度差别较大 ,从而造成生产费用和废品率的提高。因此 ,本文提出以等工序能力为原则 ,即在考虑零件的结构特点和加工工艺方法 ,并使各组成环工序能力相等且充足的条件下 ,确定各组成环公差 ,以达到机械设计与全面质量管理结合 ,使生产质量稳定的目的。
During machine design, tolerance of unit ring in assembly dimension chain is usually determined by using either equal tolerance or equal accuracy method. For a large-scale production, because of less consideration on factors of manufacturing procedure capacities in these ways, there will be relatively big difference among manufacturing difficulties for various unit rings, which will result in increase on production cost and rejection ratio. Therefore, a way to determine tolerances of various unit rings based on the principle of equal procedure capacity is preserted in the paper. Precondition of the way is that structural features of the parts and the manufacturing processes are taken into consideration and manufacturing capacities of various unit rings are made to be equal and sufficient, so as to combine machine design with quality control and to make the production quality stable.
