摘要
针对目前高等学校教师业绩计量存在的问题 ,提出了新的计量模型。首先通过引入“相对量”的概念 ,分别建立了教师教学业绩和科研业绩计算办法 ;并在此基础上 ,通过引入“标准分”的概念 ,建立了教师综合业绩计量分析模型。从而有效地消除了目前计算办法中由于不同课程类别或不同学科类别教师的教学业绩和科研业绩分数在各自团体中分布不同所带来的同一分数的价值差别 ,使不同课程类别或不同学科类别教师之间的综合业绩分数成为直接可比较的分数 ,实现了全校教师综合业绩的排序。
To solve the current problems of calculating the achievements of teachers in higher education, a completely new evaluating model is designed in the paper. By the introduction of the concept of relativity, the methods of calculating teacher's achievements in teaching and in research are established respectively, then the method of calculating full-achievement of teachers is given with the use of standard-score, which can valuably diminish the differences among the achievements of different teachers from different subjects, and make it possible to evaluate all the teachers from different subjects.
