摘要
根据 4栋已建两层底框抗震墙砖房的设计资料及施工图 ,设计出了相应的普通纯框架结构房屋 ;对两者的经济性能作了定量评价。对位于地震设防烈度为 6 ,7度区的 3幢底框砖房综合楼与相应的框架结构 ,建立计算模型 ,输入 5条地震波 ,进行了罕遇地震作用下的弹塑性时程分析。在对比分析的基础上 ,对两种不同结构体系的抗震性能和经济指标做出了综合评估。
According to 4 existing brick masonry buildings with frame shear wall at the bottom, 4 corresponding R/C frame structure buildings were designed with objectives of analytical evaluation for the two cases. Quantitative evaluation of the economic performance for these two kinds of buildings is made. Structural analysis model was set up for 3 buildings, 5 earthquake waves were used as input for the inelastic dynamic time history analysis. Based on the comparison, comprehensive evaluation of the economic and the seismic performance is made for two different structural systems.
