摘要
管治 (Governance)作为一种理念 ,在社会、经济、政治、文化等领域受到广泛关注 ,并逐渐被人们所接受。从我国具体情况出发来研究小城镇管治模式 ,试图把这种理念应用到具体的城镇建设实践中去 。
As a concept, the governance is widely concerned in the social, economic, political and cultural areas, and be accepted by the people. The study on the governance of the small towns is conducted from the Chinese conditions, trying to put this concept into the urban construction practice and bring a new idea to the urban development.
