刨花板素板做水泥模板的应用研究

THE STUDY OF THE PARTICLEBOARD USING AS CONCRETE MOLDBOARD

水泥模板是浇灌混凝土结构和构件的重要工具。本文探讨采用耐水性刨花板代替木板用作水泥模板的可行性。研究结果表明 ,按照木板模板的应用方式 ,耐水性刨花板可以用作水泥模板 ,周转使用次数为 9次 ,而且可以继续使用。由于刨花板各向同性的特点 ,在施工时要适当调整支撑方式和支撑间距。本文还分析了刨花板做水泥模板使用前后性能的变化。

Concrete moldboard is an important facility on the concrete pouring.In this paper the feasibility that the water proof particleboard using as concrete moldboard was discussed. The results indicate that water proof particleboard can be used as concrete moldboard instead of wood concrete moldboard in the same way,and recycled more than 9 times.Because particleboard has the same properties in the all directions,the supporting method and supporting span should be adjusted.The article also discussed the properties changing before and after using.
