摘要
北京2001年世界大学生运动会运动员村公寓高层住宅墙体采用企口式全钢大模板 ,经对不同结构部位分别进行模板设计 ,并在施工中采用相应技术措施 ,使混凝土浇筑成型后的层高垂直度偏差仅2mm ,墙体达到清水混凝土效果。经验收 。
Tongue-and-groove steel form system is applied to the construction of high-rise apartment buildings in athlete village of 'World University Student Games-2001'.Because the formwork is separately designed to different part of the structure and appropriate technical measure is adopted in the construction,after concrete wall is poured and solidified,the vertical deviation between every two neighbor floors is mere 2 mm,and thus the wall quality meets the standard of as-cast-finish concrete.This project won the price of 'Great Wall Cup of Structure' .
