摘要
本文借鉴世界银行组织项目后评价理论与实践的成功经验 ,探讨了铁路建设项目后评价运行机制 。
In this paper we study operating mechanism of railway construction project postevalution by using the World Bank for reference.These results may be used as the theory for the work of the Railway Ministry construction project prosevalution.
