摘要
在大中型设备运行过程中 ,由于受到超过其最大许用载荷的冲击 ,在铸铁机件的薄弱部位产生裂纹或折断有时是不可避免的。在实践中找到了一种采用波形键与波形槽相铆击嵌合 ,使损坏的铸铁机件得以修复的方法。对于波形键与波形槽的加工制造及其嵌合都要严格的按一定生产程序进行。机件修复的结果表明 ,完全能够使设备达到良好的运行状态 ,稳定、可靠。
While the large-sized/medium-sized equipment is running,it is inevitable for the casting to take place crack and break on the weak point of the casting as a result of allowable load impact beyond the ultimate range.In practice,the new repairing method is found that waveform key and waveform groove are inosculated by riveting for recovering the damaged casting.The manufacture of waveform key and waveform groove and the method of inosculation have to comply strictly with production process.The facts proved that the repaired casting is capable of keeping equipment reliable and steady running at the good condition at all.The workpiece to be processed can reach completely the accuracy on the drawing.
