摘要
“双师型”教师不仅要具备一般教师的基本素质 ,同时要具备职业技术教育的特殊素质 ,只有采取领导重视、产学研结合、建立科学合理的评价体系等措施 ,“双师型”教师队伍的建设才能得到保证。
This paper discussed teacher′s quality and its training measure.The teachers possessing lecturer and engineer integrative quality shoud not only possess commonly quality but also possess especial occupation craftsmanship.Leader′s recognize and contact between theory and practice and rational evaluation system are fundamental precondition to found a teacher procession of possession lecturer and engineer integrative quality.
