Seeking the Force of Social Development From System Creation

通过制度创新来启动全社会的创新精神 ,促进全社会合理运行机制的形成。这不仅是马克思主义理论的应有含义 ,也是许多国家实践成果的总结。在制度创新中 ,一方面要坚持提高主体自身价值 ,发展科技、教育 ,体现人才在全社会发展中的作用和可持续发展的原则 ;另一方面只要注重政治、法律、文化环境的塑造 ,为社会发展提供一种宽松、自由的环境。

Starting up the creative spirits of the whole society through systim creation so as to improve the forming of the reasonable running mechanism of the whole society is not only the contents implied in the Marxism but the summary of many countrie's practice results as well.As for system creation,on one hand,we should insist on improving the value of subject itself,developing science and technology and education,and try to present the role of intellectual in social development and the principle of sustainable development.On the other hand,we should pay more attention to the moulding of political,legal and cultural environment,so as to supply a free and unconstrained environment to social developing.
