By means of pathology and immunohistochemical studies(markingpeculiar surface antigen lymph cells by McAb),we for the first time carried outthe immunopathology study,taking 80 abnormal aged autopay cases of deficiencyof liver-Qi and blood stagnation as research targets.The resule shows that96.4% abnormal old people have the expresson of deficiency of liver-Qi andblood stagnation.The deficiency of liver-Qi shows in the decreasing of thenumber of RBC and HT and HB,as well as the decreasing of the total amountof TP and the weight of liver.The blood stagnation shows in the time prolo-nging of PT and PTT,as well as the increasing of the amount of FBG and FDP.Futhermore,we also discover that all the aged cases of deficiency of liver-Qiand blood stagnation have inner-liver focal lymphocytic infiltration,and theyhave no direct connection with liver diseases and gallbladder diseases.Thismay be the expresson of the autoimmune hyperfuntion of the aged.83.44% ofinner-liver infiltration lymph cells are CD3^+T cells.The classification ofT cell subset is different from other organs such as kidney,adrenal gland,thyroid gland,etc.CD8^+T cells increase,so the ratio of CD4^+/CD8^+ decreases.This seems the particular inherent expression of the aged cases of the deficie-noy of liver-Qi and blood stagnation,and it shows that the disharmony ofimmune function of the aged has more obvious expression in the cases of defici-ency of liver-Qi and blood stagnation.75% cases have NK cells infiltration.The frequency of NK cells infiltration of other cases is:93.3% in 15 cases ofpneumonia,55% in 20 cases of outer-liver-tumor,and 60% in cases of inner-liver-tumor.The figures adove shows that the tumor immune function of theaged cases of dificiency of liver-Qi and blood stagnation is lower than theinfection immune function,The symptom of the aged cases of deficiency of liver-Qi and blood stagnation also shows in the obvious the low positive ratio oflymph cells of IL- 2R(coversonly 16.3% of the whole cases),and this is theexpression of the low cellular immunity reaction。
