摘要
采用宏微观检验、显微硬度测定、X射线衍射等方法对汽车发动机连杆轴瓦的失效进行了分析。结果表明 ,铅原子在合金层与钢背材料结合面上的聚集是导致轴瓦失效的主要原因。
Macro examination, metallographic microscope, microhardness tester and X ray diffractometer were utilized to study the failure reasons for connecting rode bearing bush of automobile engine. The results showed that the segregation of Pb atoms in the interface between the alloy and the steel back was the main factor leading to the failure of the bearing bush. Suggestions on the safe operation of the bearing bush were presented.
